Typically, my trips to Florence fall in February or early March, marking a significant transition from the snowy embrace of winter to the budding beginnings of spring.
I select this period intentionally to rejuvenate my spirit and shift my scenery, while also taking advantage of the thinner tourist crowds that precede the peak season.
