Challenge

While collaborating in startups, you may experience rapid growth, leading to the potential loss of valuable information or excessive time spent on delivering it to each member and stakeholder individually.

Solution

To address these challenge, we endeavored to establish a Help Center and Knowledge Base Hub for internal Release Notes, leveraging the capabilities of the Jira Service Project.

We commenced with the implementation of a Help Center, recognizing its pivotal role in gathering feedback from both team members and stakeholders in a centralized space.

Our journey began with the creation of request forms, identifying the necessity for distinct forms catering to different purposes:

  • reporting issues and problems
  • requesting new features and functionality
  • answering product related questions
